Kick Off Fall with Penn Healthy You Biometric Screenings

This fall, join your fellow Penn faculty, staff, and postdocs as the Penn Healthy You (PHY) team launches its free biometric screenings at convenient University locations October 6 through November 19. Start the season of screenings with a healthy dose of fun at the special biometric screenings kick-off event and wellness fair on Tuesday, October 6, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Houston Hall, Bodek Lounge, or take advantage of one of many other on-campus screening opportunities.

      Looking for recipes that meet your nutrition goals and make food prep less of a chore and more of an entertaining activity? Mark your calendars for Ramp Health’s Family Fun in the Kitchen healthy cooking demo on Tuesday, September 29, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. During this online cooking demonstration, a registered dietitian will show you how to make two family-friendly recipes.
