    1. Penn Celebrates Friends and Family
      3 smiling Penn Friends and Family Day attendeesTickets are available for the annual Penn Friends and Family Day on Saturday, October 10. Faculty, staff, postdocs, and their friends and family are invited to enjoy games, sports, ice skating, cultural activities, and more. Order up to four free tickets per person for the tailgate lunch and Penn vs. Howard University football game (additional tickets are $8). See the day’s full schedule for details.
    2. New Exhibit on History of Women at Penn
      The University will honor the sesquicentennial of its first women’s enrollment with To Secure These Rights: 150 Years of Women at Penn, a free exhibit at Van Pelt-Dietrich Library that kicks off on August 31. At the opening event on September 3 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., a panel of Penn alumnae, faculty, and administrators will discuss the past, present, and future of women at the University.
    3. Don’t Miss Out on Becoming a Wellness Champ
      Time is running short to become a Wellness Champion! The Penn Healthy You (PHY) team is launching the Wellness Champions Network to promote wellness and help create an environment where well-being is celebrated across the University. Applications for Penn benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and postdocs to join the volunteer network for 2026-2027 must be submitted before September 8.
