Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program. The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage-building skills through this workshops and coaching to help individuals or teams move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
The goals of the program is to teach leadership skills that are normally less tangible, things like values and how to enact them, how to build trust; the role of ambiguity, emotions, and uncertainty during leadership; and how skills like this work together to manage oneself and others more effectively. The program introduces language and frameworks that bring these relatively intangible topics to life and makes them practical for individuals and teams alike.

Discussions will cover the impact of adhering to principles, the significance of personal authenticity for reducing regrets, and how it fosters psychological safety.
