Penn offers innovative programs and policies that help cultivate a culture of wellness and total wellbeing across campus. Engaging in wellness and work-life resources support you year-round and through the changing stages of your life and career.
For eligible faculty and staff members, Penn Healthy You provides wellness opportunities including workshops, wellness walks, free fitness classes, and nutrition counseling to make healthy choices easier for you and your entire family. The annual Be in the Know wellness campaign provides incentives to learn more about your health status and take action steps to maintain or improve your wellbeing.

Penn’s award winning work-life programs help you balance the demands of work and home. Options like backup care for children and adults, lactation support services, flexible work schedules, senior care planning, and others help you thrive in all of life’s important roles. If you need more support, confidential counseling services from the Employee Assistance Program can help you manage changes and challenges as they arise.

Penn’s 2017-2018 Be in the Know wellness campaign, part of Penn Healthy You, gives you an opportunity to improve your wellbeing while earning extra cash. This year, you can receive up to $300.*
