Applying to Work at Penn

This page applies primarily to candidates interested in staff positions. If you are a candidate for a faculty position, please visit our faculty job site.

Our online jobs site allows candidates to easily search and apply for open staff positions. Once you’ve applied for a position, you’ll receive email updates on the status of your application or you can monitor the status online.

Tips for Searching

Jobs are posted on a daily basis. Check our site often to ensure that you do not miss a posting that may match your skill set.

You can search for jobs using different variables such as keywords, job family, and posting date.

Positions are graded 22-31 and A-H (technology roles), as well as various specialty grades including RES (research), LIM (limited service – 9 and 10 month positions) and UNG (ungraded).
