Our online jobs site allows candidates to easily search and apply for open staff positions. Once you’ve applied for a position, you’ll receive email updates on the status of your application or you can monitor the status online.

Tips for Searching

Jobs are posted on a daily basis. Check our site often to ensure that you do not miss a posting that may match your skill set.

You can search for jobs using different variables such as keywords, job family, and posting date.

All jobs fall under a specific School or Center. All jobs are assigned a grade. The grade corresponds to the salary range of the position. Positions are graded 22-31 and A-H (technology roles), as well as various specialty grades including RES (research), LIM (limited service – 9 and 10 month positions) and UNG (ungraded).

Interviews

Penn's Hiring Officers will contact highly qualified candidates directly to coordinate interviews. Prior to an interview, you will be asked to complete an online employment application if you have not already done so.
