Typical Hiring Range for New Non-Exempt Staff (Hourly Rates)

The annual salary is determined based on the hourly rate and number of hours worked. For a 40-hour workweek, multiply by 2,080 hours per year; for a 37.5 hour workweek, multiply by 1,950 hours; for a 35 hour workweek, multiply by 1,820 hours.
