We encourage you to take advantage of the online competency curriculum developed by the Talent Development Office. This resource is designed to help you understand and enhance their job-related competencies.

Consider talking to your manager about being nominated for Penn Career Navigator. This program is a strategic addition to the Talent Development suite of career planning resources. It provides you with the structure, time, and resources to engage in a reflective career focus, so you can plan, goal-set, participate in learning activities, and build relationships. The cohorted program includes six half-day sessions, four one-on-one coaching sessions with a dedicated executive career coach, several assessments, and completion of a career portfolio.
