Posting of Position Openings

The University of Pennsylvania requires posting of staff position openings within the University for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before hiring a candidate to fill a position. 

The Hiring Officer ensures all sections of the completed job requisition reflect the current position and its current duties and enters it into Workday.  Once the grade profile and job profile are approved by Human Resources, the position will be posted on the Jobs@Penn website and application review can begin. 


Job openings are posted daily on the Penn website.

Penn employees are required to apply for jobs online. All applicants must submit an on-line application to be considered for any position.
