Any test (oral, written, or physical) used for the screening and selection of applicants for staff positions at the University will be administered in accordance with the terms of the University’s Affirmative Action Program. Any screening tests administered will comply with legal standards for job-relatedness, statistical reliability, and validity. All tests must be approved in writing by Human Resources.
Applicant testing for staff is administered by our temporary staffing vendor. Any test administered will be required for all applicants. If the test is waived for one applicant, the test must be waived for all applicants. Test results will be considered as part of a candidate’s qualifications for the position. Any questions regarding applicant testing should be referred to Human Resources.
