University of Pennsylvania Staff Survey

We are pleased to announce that, on March 8 the University will distribute a staff survey to gain better insight into your opinions of Penn as a workplace. We have an outstanding team of staff members who are passionate about helping the University of Pennsylvania maintain global eminence. That is why we want to hear your perspectives on your overall employment experience at Penn, including career opportunities, administrative leadership, and organizational reputation.
The results of this survey will help us to identify the most effective ways to enhance Penn’s work environment. We encourage all of you to take the survey and be honest with your answers. Only through your input and candid feedback can we accurately gauge how Penn measures up and what we can do to make the University an even better place to work.
Be assured that the survey will be completely confidential. Aon Hewitt, an independent third-party consultant, will lead the survey and conduct the analysis of the results. They will never identify individual participant comments or responses to anyone at the University of Pennsylvania. Penn will receive a high-level summary and analysis of the results to share with University schools and centers.
On March 8, regular Penn staff will receive an email from Aon Hewitt with a personal invitation to participate in the online survey. The survey will remain open until March 28 and should take less than 15 minutes to complete. If you have questions, please contact your local Human Resources representative.
