About the HCM Transformation Initiative

Initiated in 2015, the Human Capital Management Transformation Initiative has already engaged hundreds of individuals from Penn's schools and centers. A formal program structure of sponsors, steering committee, and a program management office is in place to ensure the comprehensiveness of solutions and to promote ongoing collaboration. Additional teams and work groups will be formed as the Workday system and the related processes are designed.
