About the HCM Transformation Initiative
Initiated in 2015, the Human Capital Management Transformation Initiative engages hundreds of individuals from Penn's schools and centers.
A formal program structure of sponsors, steering committee, and a program management office is in place to ensure the comprehensiveness of solutions and to promote ongoing collaboration. A change agent network represents Penn’s schools and centers and play an important role the local level to prepare for and successfully implement the Penn Employee Solution Center and Workday@Penn. Additional teams and work groups form as the Workday system and the related processes require.
