Become a Pro at Tackling Tension

Most of us are no stranger to stress. But if you're struggling to nip it in the bud, join us on September 26 to learn about Relaxing Ways to Manage Your Stress.

We'll show you different relaxation tools and guided imagery practices that'll help you become a pro at tackling tension. Just ask Jennifer Mishkin, the Associate Director of Interior Design in Penn's School of Medicine. She's taken advantage of almost every one of our stress management workshops since the series began in January—and she says the payoff has been extraordinary.

"I learned so many breathing and muscle relaxation techniques that help calm me and improve my ability to focus. The sessions also taught me that even in a stressful work environment, just a few deep breaths can re-center you," Jennifer said.
