On-Campus Flu Shot Clinics Coming Soon

Fall is fast approaching and that means it’s time to get your flu shot. With the spread of COVID-19 around the globe, getting a flu vaccination this year could be more important than ever in an effort to reduce the risk of flu and preserve health care resources needed to continue fighting the pandemic.

While Human Resources will not be sponsoring any flu vaccine clinics this fall, Student Health Service/Campus Health will offer on campus flu vaccine clinics from October 12-16 in Houston Hall, Bodek Lounge. The clinics are free and open to staff, faculty, and students.

Details such as clinic hours and whether pre-registration will be required, have not been finalized yet. You can check the Campus Health website for more information as it becomes available. Human Resources will also publish an article in the September 30 myHR newsletter with any updated information about the flu vaccine clinics and additional options for getting your flu shot.
