Testimonial for Penn Healthy You

“I am so very glad that Penn HR brings the Penn Healthy You program to us. The monthly wellness walks and group exercise classes are fun and a great way to meet people from different parts of the University. I especially like the virtual yoga classes that give me a chance to relax, refocus, and energize the rest of my day. It’s easy to join, get started and begin feeling better.
