What's the VIP Program?

Penn Healthy You’s annual rewards campaign offers you the opportunity to push yourself beyond earning the $300 maximum cash incentives each year and reach our highest achievement level as a VIP – a "Very Impressive Participant”!

For 2026-2027, earn VIP status by continuing to complete your choice of eligible wellness activities and reaching 9,000 points by the June 30, 2027 rewards campaign deadline. Rewards and incentives provide extra motivation to stay engaged in your health and promotes the importance of self-care.

What's in it for You?

Besides Penn Healthy You bragging rights, all confirmed VIPs will earn special recognition. Plus, you’ll take extra steps to support your well-being through additional healthy activities (the true reward)! 

When Did the VIP Program Launch?

We introduced “Be in the Know” (now Penn Healthy You) VIPs during the 2017–2018 campaign year and celebrated our first group of 64 honorees on October 23, 2018. Below is Elise Betz, a VIP from the 2023-2024 campaign year.
