Schools and Centers are responsible for ensuring that faculty and staff have access to appropriate space for lactation responsibilities when they return to work after having a baby. Information about dedicated lactation spaces on campus are listed below. If your school/center isn’t listed here, contact Human Resources for more information.

We remain committed to supporting the health and well-being of our employees. In consultation with Penn EHRS, the following practices are recommended for lactation spaces. The guidelines outlined below are consistent with the CDC recommendations for other spaces on campus such as kitchenettes and small conference rooms.
