3 Steps to Success
Step 1: Biometric Screenings
Free on-campus biometric screenings provide you with key indicators of your health status, such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels and blood sugar. Participants receive immediate feedback on their results.
Fall biometric screenings are available October 9 through November 21, 2017.
Register for your screening today:
If you can't attend an on-campus screening, you can submit results from biometric screenings conducted by your physician between July 1, 2017 and June 30, 2018. Download and complete the Be in the Know Biometric Screening Consent Form then follow the instructions on the form to send in your results.
Step 2: Online Health Assessment
Take the Online Health Assessment after you’ve completed a biometric screening, it’s time to take StayWell’s health assessment. Complete this second Core Action to earn your first $100 incentive, plus be on your way to earning up to $300 this campaign year. The online health assessment be available on a rolling basis beginning in October 2017 for those who have completed their biometric screening.
Step 3: Bonus Actions
Bonus Actions help you improve your health and earn cash. From dental checkups to on-campus events to online digital workshops, you have many ways to stay active, enhance your wellbeing, and earn extra rewards!

*All cash incentives are less applicable payroll taxes. Incentives will be issued in November 2017, and monthly from January – September 2018, in paychecks or as Campus Recreation credits. Payment times depend on when you complete the Core Actions and qualifying Bonus Actions.
