Who Should Submit This Form?

This form is for University of Pennsylvania (Penn) employees who will become Penn retirees under the Rule of 75 and need to discuss the transition to Penn's retiree benefits. This request should be submitted between three months and one year from the employee's expected retirement date. Upon receipt of this request, Penn's HR Benefits office will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Retiree Benefits for 2025

Penn's retiree benefits follow the calendar year, and we don't yet have the finalized benefits for 2025. We expect to have them in early October. If your expected retirement date is in 2025, considering waiting until early October to schedule a counseling appointment.
