Changes to Retiree BillingIn July, the University of Pennsylvania announced that BRI COBRA LLC (BRI) will serve as the direct billing administrator effective October 1, 2022. This change affects retirees, long-term disability participants, and those paying for benefits via direct bill to Health Equity/WageWorks. This change will not affect coverage eligibility or rates.
