MetLife Preferred Dentist Program for Retirees

Enrollment is generally available to retirees moving from an active employee dental plan or whose COBRA dental coverage is ending or being waived.

You may see any dentist. Using a MetLife Preferred Provider can save 10%–35% on most services.

You can choose Standard or Premium coverage. Enrollment is offered every three years, and once you enroll, you must stay in the plan for the full three-year period.

The last enrollment year was 2025. The next enrollment will be January 2028.

VSP Vision Coverage for Retirees

VSP is a stand-alone vision plan for retirees, separate from the active employee plan with different coverage and costs.  See the VSP Vision Care flyer for details.

Aetna Vital Savings Program
