Staff Recognition and Appreciation
Penn recognizes the importance of appreciating commitment and
acknowledging outstanding contributions to the University's mission. Human
Resources provides a range of activities, on behalf of the University, to
meet these goals.
Models of Excellence – Announced annually in the fall, this
program provides an opportunity for nominating staff members for
outstanding achievements—above and beyond job expectations—that make a

Penn Family Day – Saturday, October 4 marks our 16th annual Penn Family Day! Give your family and friends a first-hand view of the dynamic life on Penn's campus as you bring them along to cheer on the Penn football team, visit the Penn Museum, skate at the Penn Ice Rink, or see the Penn women's volleyball team in action. The location of the Tailgate Party has changed this year, and advance tickets are required for some events, so click here for directions, details and a ticket order form.
Length of Service Awards – This program celebrates long-term
commitment to the University. This program honors full and part-time
faculty and staff, with ten or more years of service, at five-year

Discounted Athletic Event Tickets – The Division of Human Resources and Penn Athletics are sponsoring opportunities for faculty and staff to purchase discounted tickets for several exciting
