Learning and Education is a department
within the Division of Human Resources at the University of Pennsylvania. We
provide the following services to Penn employees:
On-site Programs
Learning and Education offers courses in a traditional
classroom setting. Please browse through our Course Catalog to register
for courses.
The informational program “Getting Ahead: A Series for Young Professionals” covers topics ranging from managing your money and benefits to networking in person and online. A full list of topics, as well as dates and registration information, is available through the Course Catalog or in the program flyer [pdf].
Customized Training
Learning and Education is available for customized

Career Coaching
Consult with the Career Coach about your career development, your skills, and

Staff Career Center
The Career Center provides Penn staff with the opportunity to utilize various
career resources in a quiet, well-equipped setting. Peruse our collection of

Video Rentals
Learning and Education has assembled a library of training
