Faculty Income Allowance Plan (FIAP)
The Faculty Income Allowance Plan (FIAP) is an early retirement plan available to certain senior faculty members at the University. FIAP is designed to provide supplemental income for those faculty members when they terminate employment under the terms of the plan.
Faculty members must meet specific eligibility requirements to participate in the plan. Benefits include a cash benefit and certain non-cash benefits (namely, the continuance of certain health/fringe benefits). For more information, visit the FIAP Frequently Asked Questions page.
