Supplemental Long-Term Disability (LTD)

Penn already provides group Long-Term Disability (LTD) benefits for full-time faculty and staff members. To enhance that coverage, Penn offers a Supplemental LTD program that lets you protect more of your income if you become disabled and cannot work.

If you’re a new full-time faculty or staff member, you’ll receive detailed information at your home address.

This Penn-sponsored program offers the advantages of tax-free benefits, portability, and enhanced protection if you’re unable to perform the duties of your own occupation.
