Total Compensation Summaries are distributed every year in March. In order to further the University's goals of cost containment and sustainability, the Division of Human Resources is committed to reducing the amount of paper we generate and distribute. That's why your Total Compensation Summary is now available online as we anticipate moving away from printed summaries next year.
