Weight Watchers at Penn
If you’ve ever thought about joining Weight Watchers, now it’s more convenient than ever! Weight Watchers meetings are held on campus every Tuesday—we hope you’ll take advantage of this exciting opportunity to create healthy new lifestyle habits.
Why Weight Watchers?
We all know that healthy food and exercise choices are key to our overall wellbeing, but making the right choices over the long term can be difficult. Weight Watchers’ flexible, sustainable weight-loss system can help you succeed. The Weight Watchers approach is built on four basic principles: weight loss should be healthy; the program should fit into your life; the choices you make should be informed; and the Weight Watchers program must be holistic, taking into account your behavior and environment as well as your food and exercise choices.
