Staff Recognition and Appreciation

Penn recognizes the importance of appreciating commitment and acknowledging outstanding contributions to the University's mission. Human Resources provides a range of activities, on behalf of the University, to meet these goals.

Models of Excellence – Announced annually in the fall, this program provides an opportunity for nominating staff members for outstanding achievements—above and beyond job expectations—that make a significant contribution to the University. For the most recent program information, click here.

Penn Family Day – Faculty and staff are invited to bring family and friends to the annual Penn Family Day celebration in October for a day of food, fun and lots of festivities.

Length of Service Awards – This program celebrates long-term commitment to the University. This program honors full and part-time faculty and staff, with ten or more years of service, at five-year milestones. For details about this program, click here.

Discounted Athletic Event Tickets – The Division of Human Resources and Penn Athletics are sponsoring opportunities for faculty and staff to purchase discounted tickets for several exciting Penn athletic events.
