What is Mentors@Penn?
Mentors@Penn is a formal mentoring program for Penn staff. In Mentors@Penn, you are placed in a mentoring relationship with another Penn staff member in which you will either be the mentor (offering the benefit of your experience and knowledge) or the mentee (receiving guidance and assistance on your professional life).

Who is eligible?
All regular full-time and part-time staff are eligible for Mentors@Penn.

How much time does Mentors@Penn involve?
Mentors@Penn involves a minimal time commitment, yet has the potential for enormous benefits. You will attend a two-hour training luncheon to kick off the program, then arrange monthly mentoring sessions (about one hour). The formal mentoring relationship lasts 12 months.

How do I get started?
An information session for the Fall cohort of Mentors@Penn will be held in September 2008. The group will officially launch in October 2008. Just click on the links below to download instructions and questionnaires:
