Extended Deadline for the Dependent Eligibility Audit
Penn is currently conducting a dependent eligibility audit for our health plans, in order to verify that all dependents receiving benefits coverage are eligible to do so under Penn’s plan rules. If you’re an active faculty or staff member covering dependents under Penn’s benefit plans, you received a letter in May requesting documentation for this audit. We’ve had an excellent response so far, but we realize that it may be difficult for some of you to gather the information needed for the audit. We don’t want any eligible dependents to lose benefits coverage, so Penn is extending the deadline to respond to July 11, 2008. For more information, please visit the dependent eligibility audit homepage.
