during the year. Here’s how:

convenient online enrollment system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
OR
2. Call the Retirement Call Center at 1 877 PENN-RET (1 877 736-6738). The

The Supplemental Retirement Annuity (SRA) is a voluntary tax-deferred
retirement plan which you may use to supplement your retirement savings.
The SRA is available for most employees, and you may begin contributing
immediately upon your hire. Click here to view the Retirement
Eligibility table.
You may set up an account with one or both of the investment carriers used by the
University (TIAA-CREF and Vanguard). You make monetary contributions, which are taken from each paycheck on a pre-tax basis,
to your account(s). It’s up to you how much you want to contribute – up to your maximum allowable contribution.
You decide where to invest your contributions, choosing from a variety of
investment options offered by the investment carriers.

Plan Guide (Adobe Acrobat PDF) for more information about the plan.
