What to Expect from Your Aetna Health Risk Assessment

Your health risk assessment will ask you about your health habits and family health history, and will use this information to identify some of your health needs. You'll receive easy-to-understand personalized health reports, as well as a one-page health summary that you can choose to print out and share with your doctor. Aetna offers advice and support programs designed to help you manage many of your health risks or conditions, including:

  • Weight loss
  • Getting in shape
  • Stress relief
  • Eating healthy
  • Healthy aging
  • Being heart healthy
  • Fighting cancer
  • Living smoke-free
  • Alcohol awareness
  • Managing diabetes

Each program includes access to helpful articles and interactive tools to help you reach your health goals, from an online fitness planner to a health shopping list and more.
